PROCUREMENT HUB
Order follow-up and consolidation decide when the cargo becomes freight-ready. Milestones, packing details, supplier ready dates and collection points need to be visible early enough to book transport, and the freight plan should be built from the packed cargo rather than an early estimate. This hub connects the purchasing process with the China-side handover. Tasks and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

Choose the stage that is actually open, rather than the widest possible scope.
| Sourcing service | Best starting point | What to define |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase order follow-up | The order is placed and you need visibility on milestones and changes. | Which milestones, how often they are reported, and who confirms a change. |
| Supplier ready-date coordination | Several suppliers must be collected but the dates are still unclear. | Cargo ready dates, packing status, collection address and the cut-off that matters. |
| Multi-supplier collection | Goods are sitting at more than one location in China. | Collection sequence, consolidation point and the timing between collections. |
| Consolidation & handover | The cargo has to become one shipment. | Packing details, shipping marks, documents and the handover point into freight. |
Order follow-up keeps changes and readiness visible. It does not replace your commercial agreement with the supplier.
03 / PRODUCT BRIEF CHECKLIST
Provide the requirements that change the buying decision.
Reference photos or links, materials, dimensions, functions and must-have features. Distinguish requirements from optional preferences.
Planned quantity, sample needs and expected reorder pattern. Supplier minimums should be confirmed for the actual product.
Destination country, label and packaging needs, and any standards you need the supplier to address. Confirm specialised requirements with qualified professionals.
Target budget, sample approval deadline and required order readiness. Separate product cost from sourcing support and freight.

05 / SAMPLE → ORDER → HANDOVER
Product sourcing does not end with a supplier quotation. Review sample approvals, final packing and supplier ready dates early enough to plan collection and consolidation. International freight should be quoted using the actual packed cargo and destination, not an unconfirmed product estimate.
