Does door-to-door delivery include unloading and appointments?

Provide the receiving instructions and ask for the exact work included in the service quotation. Unloading equipment, site access and appointments can require specific arrangements. Record the named delivery point and the work boundaries in writing rather than assuming every task at the receiving site is included.
