Does a Cartagena arrival include delivery to Bogotá?

The Colombian inland address and transport tasks must be specified if that delivery is required. Ask who handles release, domestic carriage, receiving appointments and unloading. A quotation ending at a coastal terminal should not be assumed to include a Bogotá warehouse handover.
