Does shipping to Tema include delivery to Kumasi?

A Tema arrival does not by itself define inland delivery. Give the Kumasi address and required receiving conditions before quoting. Ask the offer to show release coordination, domestic carriage and unloading responsibilities, or to state clearly that the scope ends at the terminal.
