Does this Iran guide confirm an available freight service?

No. The page supports a feasibility enquiry only. The actual goods, shipment parties, end use, applicable restrictions and carrier acceptance must be reviewed before any route or booking commitment is made. Do not dispatch cargo without written confirmation.
