What should I ask my supplier for first?

Request a clear product description, packing plan, ready date and handover address. Ask which documents and loading tasks the supplier will provide. When packing is complete, obtain carton counts, outside measurements and gross weights. Keep the supplier contact who can approve collection visible in your order record.
