ROUTE PLANNING PRINCIPLE
For shipping from China to Brazil, review ocean freight for containerised or consolidated orders and air freight when urgency is the priority. Begin with your product, pickup city, package dimensions, gross weight and the Brazilian delivery address, then confirm routing, compliance and clearance responsibilities for the actual shipment.

SEA & AIR OPTIONS
Choose around the complete shipment—not only the main freight rate.

Review FCL for dedicated container space and LCL for smaller supplier orders sharing a container. Compare loading, consolidation handling, destination charges and the final delivery leg.

These cities appear in your market research. They are inquiry starting points—not a guarantee of direct service or local offices.
| Destination enquiry | Sea / air review | Delivery scope to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Santos / São Paulo | Review LCL or FCL sea freight to Santos, or air cargo into São Paulo, against the shipment requirements. | Port or airport handover versus final-address delivery; consignee and clearance responsibilities. |
| Rio de Janeiro | Ask for a suitable sea or air routing and the onward transport into the receiving region. | The exact receiving address, available arrival point and any onward transport. |
| Itajaí / Navegantes | Request a route assessment covering the southern corridor before comparing costs. | Whether an onward domestic leg is required and how it affects handling and delivery. |
DOOR-TO-DOOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Confirm who does what before choosing a delivery scope.
| Service scope | Ask us to define | Check before booking |
|---|---|---|

TRANSIT PLANNING
Treat transit time as a sequence with a defined start and end—not a single generic number.
Provide an accurate product description, value, supplier details and commercial invoice information. Avoid vague descriptions that make shipment review difficult.
Provide package counts, dimensions, gross weight and packing information. Check the selected sea or air transport documentation with the booking team.
Identify the consignee, importer and named delivery point. Confirm who manages import formalities and related charges for the agreed scope.
Declare batteries, liquids, magnets or other special handling needs before quoting. Do not assume all sensitive cargo can use the same channel.
CHINA-SIDE COORDINATION
Our own Hong Kong fleet and warehouse support local collection, warehouse handling and onward transport where suitable. Ask whether this handover fits your suppliers and Brazil route; it is not a required transit point for every shipment.
